Both the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris are hand harvested, foot trodden, then allowed to sit on their skins for 30 days before they're pressed and fermented. This creates an incredibly interesting textural character from the skin contact, a beautiful color from the "Grey/Pink" skins of both grapes, as well as a hauntingly tart berry flavor with complimentary floral aromas. Scary good.
