An orange wine made with 7 days of maceration of the traditional Roditis variety, with a a little Malagousia. The terroir and mountain climate really speak through the wines, after following a traditional vinification with branches from the surrounding fir forest used for cap management. Bright amber color in the glass, with an unmistakable herbal, woodsiness on both the nose and palate, rounded out with pleasant stone fruit, a touch of citrus, and nicely integrated tannins.
