St Laurent, Blauer Portugieser, Pinot Noir. The grapes are de-stemmed and foot stomped, and the juice ferments in 225 liter used oak barrels. Zero sulfur added, unfined and unfiltered. A dry, medium-bodied red that displays a rare balance of rusticity and finesse, intensity and subtlety. Dark fruit and floral notes with a hint of earth and an appealingly juicy finish.
